Can it be done to open a personal or corporate
offshore bank account without any ID (passport copy or photo ID) or
bankers reference letter ?
What options are there fore the many million people out there that can't get a simple bank account? PayPal only?

I didn't find any solution like that but are looking for it, there must be a huge marked for a solution like that if it exists
