A few days ago I came across Paywiser – https://paywiser.com/, an EMI seeming to be Slovenian. It looks quite well but I haven't found much additional information. Any experiences or knowledge that you can share?
P.S. Paywiser can be interesting e.g. for someone needing a UnionPay card, they claim to issue it.

A colleague uses them for white-label cards (Mastercard? I think) and he is happy with the service there.

I haven't come across any general users of the normal personal/business accounts.

But it looks interesting.

The wise part of the name is scary

They may already got into troubles
Difficult to say. Yet e.g. Intergiro was not accepting new clients for a remarkable time not being in troubles, just understaffed.
Anyway,
I have tried to apply but they say that new onboardings are suspended.
sorry to read this
Just an additional question:
I presume that they said this immediately, e.g. without inspecting your profile in any way, so this cannot be “a polite form” to express they simply did not like you?

Yes, they say this immediately, you can’t even start the onboarding process.

Yes, I see. I have tried to apply a few seconds after posting, as I was really curious and have obtained just a message
“New onboarding service temporary suspended. Please contact to customer support (onboarding.support@paywiser.com).
For more details, you can check to our website : www.paywiser.com”
Probably I will try to e-mail them, just out of curiosity and will see after the Christmas
