Recently Paysera has been having issues with their card provider. For some reason they replaced Contis with Solaris and since around 7 months ago re-accuring payments stopped working on the card. Now status.paysera.com shows that new cards are not issued, limits can't be increased and I've heard that lots of people who are not EEA residents have gotten emial from Solaris stating their cards will be turned off withing 60 days of receipt of the email. Paysera does not comment on this when asked in support.
