Payoneer for income from Amazon?

Hello,

I am from EU Country and we have a tax treaty with USA so I pay 5% in USA and % here (depends on the income) if I connect my personal bank account to Amazon as a freelancer.

Would I benefit if I would use Payoneers USA Bank account and receive money in that account? How much tax would I have to pay in USA by using Payoneer?
I've heard 0% cause all I would have to do is report my income to IRS in my home country cause I am not a resident of USA, but it seems weird that USA wouldn't take any %.

You misunderstand.
Income doesn't depend on where the bank account is.

Are you referring to royalty income?

Yes royalties. It's not about income. It's about paying lowest possible tax or not one at all for the moment as income amount from Amazon is low and I would have higher cost in my home country than the actual amount I would receive.

Good for you if you have a reduced rate for withholding for royalty income. Amazon will withhold the tax before they pay you (if you're sure it's royalty income from book sale etc).

You still have to report and pay taxes on this income to your home country.
