Payment solutions for Anjouan broker and/or gaming license

Hello everybody :)

I'm looking for payment solutions (everything) for Anjouan Broker and/or Gaming license.

I would be glad if you could share as much information as possible regarding any EMIs/Banks/APMs/PSP or any other payment solution provider who can assist.

Thank you so much :)
There are A LOT of solutions for Anjouan gaming and their relevancy would depend on several important factors:
Are you a start up?
Do you have EU Payment agent in place?
What are the target countries?
For EMIs do you need both SEPA and SWIFT?
Which platform do you use?
Are you using any cashier?

I'm also interested in any information about Anjouan company formation. I've emailed myself Xda to ask about company formation setup assistance for Anjouan.
To register a company in Anjouan, you'll typically need:
unique company name
local registered agent
Information about shareholders and directors
Memorandum and Articles of Association
Payment of government fees
with legal services providers it takes 3-4 days

Regarding the payment agent - the shareholder of the payment agent should be the Anjouan company - or is it enough if there is the same shareholder for the Pamynet agent and for the Anjouan company?

Don't waste time and energy on EU agent unless you're sure you need it.

Think twice and then twice again before incorporating in Anjouan. Make sure it's the best choice for you vs incorporating somewhere else.

Both usually fine. Depends on how the structure as a whole looks.

We do usually recommend that the Anjouan company will be the shareholder, however, its not a must. In both cases payment agent agreement will be required between the license holding company and the payment agent. In most of the cases, if you will be targeting Asia, Africa or LATAM you dont even need to have a payment agent for payment solutions.
