Hello everyone, due to a scam attempt, I came across this forum and I honestly find all the material found here incredible.

I will continue with my query, first of all I apologize for my English.

I have some ecommerce that are dedicated to selling online courses, we mostly try to respect copyright (as long as the real author contacts us and presents us with real evidence that the course or trademark is duly registered)
Lately, I had a report on my Paypal account from an "alleged author" I was able to find out that it was the owner of another website just like mine who somehow reported my Paypal and permanently limited it (my account is from 2010 and I have with this ecommerce since 2018 without problems)...
I am currently testing with other third-party Paypal accounts which I give them a percentage, but since they are new accounts in certain cases they are limited...

I would be interested in knowing a payment processor for my checkout that accepts debit/credit cards.
As I indicated above, since 2018 I have been working without any problems, I have clients for years, I currently have an estimated turnover of between $3000 to $5000 per month between 4 ecommerce, the idea is to add more ecommerce to increase monthly billing...
I read that many always have problems with refunds, in my case I don't usually have refunds or chargebacks

I would like to know if you know of any payment processor that would allow me to continue, I was thinking about Stripe, but I have to create an LLC in the USA and I wouldn't know if I would end up limiting myself (other peer websites have been processing their payments through Stripe for years)
Or if it would be possible for a third party to receive my payments in exchange for a percentage of each sale, is this possible?

I read them and listen to their opinions.

P.S: Regarding the person who reported me and then tried to blackmail me to send him money, posing as the author, I located him and sent him a message indicating that I already knew it was him and that I would report his payment processor, until now He hasn't sent any more messages

Do you have a company? Where? If you do not have charge backs, you normally have many options.
I do not have a company, my intention was to register an LLC just to open a Stripe account, since Stripe is not available in my country (Argentina).
