Would you recommend it? Any others' experiences?

I'm wondering if it is worth applying given the following scenario:

- Not intention to reside in Georgia more than a few weeks per year (tourism).
- Not spending more than 183 days in another jurisdiction.
- No substance, family, properties, or strong ties economic interest in another specific country.
- Owner of a software-based company in Estonia with customers in 50+ countries.
- Moving the company to another more convenient jurisdiction is a plausible option too.
- EU passport
- Mostly distributing salary or dividends to Georgia just to cover living expenses.
- Main goal is tax optimization + location independent lifestyle as a nomad.

Any red flags with this setup?
Since Georgia does not implement CFC laws, I don't see any problem controlling foreign companies.

Opinions and ideas are very welcome, thank you!

Making Georgia your base is fine. Issue you will find is a lot of EU banks and EMI's will look at you like ca#"!. So do your homework on that side of things first.

Also Georgia was flattened during a war with Russia a little over 10 years ago and tensions remain. Keep this all in mind from a banking perspective. How banks will look at your residency there if things flair up again like they did a few years ago may be an issue if they decide to blacklist it. You could end up looking for a new residency at short notice conf/(%.
