Greetings all.
I am looking to start an OnlyFans Management (OFM) company which is likely to be domiciled and registered in the United Kingdom (at least at first).
My business partners and I would like to ensure that from a legal perspective, the company and the directors are protected as much as possible. Part of this includes having English law contracts (with appropriate indemnities) between the OFM company and the creators as well as any outsourced personnel we may wish to employ (such as 'chatters').
I have been advised to seek advice from a contract law solicitor. However, there do not seem to be many that explicitly do such work in the UK and the various videos I have watched on YouTube do not mention specifics.
OFM or not, are there contract law solicitors that are trained in English law that this community could recommend?
Thanks in advance.
