While searching for a company which can help me with forming a offshore construction i encountered the site offshoreincorporate(dot)com. Comparing to other offers they have lower fees but since i don't have any experience in this business maybe someone can tell me if they are reliable or maybe there is a catch of some sort?

They advertise with fees that they can't sell their services for, so they operate with hidden fees! For a OCP it is not really trustworthy to do so. They are new and a reseller for one of the major offshore corporate advisory services.

What sort of hidden fee we are talking about? Care to share? Because I went to offshorecompanycorp(dot)com and I was very interested to incorporate a company with them. Their google search indicated US$569 for a BVI company, I msg them and they came back and said it was US$1069 which I thought is no big deal. A few providers I found can provide cheaper and better solution.

You don't find it a big deal, to advertise services lower than what you are actually selling them for? This is misleading and not very trustworthy for an agent, I mean what else is not in accordance with what they may quoted. I wouldn't trust any provider using such old and dirty tricks to foll people into their business.

I knew there was some catch here.

That's my opinion too.

That's what forums are for. I always look for comments and discussions on forums around before I chooce a service. At least to see if there is any useful information about the service or product I'm considering to buy.

I guess the best thing to do is not to google for good priced services but go by people their experiences on this board.
You can for sure Google them but don't use the Adwords advertising providers most of them a true scams or useless for something you want to setup professional!
