Quick question, what's the best offshore setup (if any) if you are EU national and work for an EU based company as a full time employee and your yearly bonus represent a large/major part of your compensation? Put it differently, you as a worker get the "minimum" wage and unproportionaly large bonus at the end of the year and you don't want that Mr. taxman eat your hardly earned bonus. Will in this case be worth to think about setting up a simple offshore structure in the UAE or Seychelles.
