Don't need bank account, just an offshore company to register on Cryptocurrency Exchanges, depositing and withdrawing crypto only.
No accounting + optionally a possibility to buy online services (servers at hetzner etc.) without a tax.
How would I go about finding the correct jurisdiction (thinking about Marshall Islands) and register agent?

Thanks for advice.

im also curious whats a good solution for this these days.
a US LLC coupled with kraken is very sufficient, we have 20,000,000 USD cash limit per day, and 200 m per month with them.

very good for us and our clients.

Any 'classic offshore' jurisdiction works in this case; Seychelles, Saint Vincent, Bahams, Cayman, etc etc

Saint Vincent goes for around 500 first year and 350 in renewals and provides 0 tax and 0 accounting.
Seychelles a bit more expensive but usually you get better agents that dont take 3 weeks to reply to an email.

Bahams, Cayman, etc are better in paper as they are more solid jurisdictions but they are more expensive and if you have no customer then who cares? aint nobody judging your jurisdiction.

Why not consider a US LLC? Pairing it with Kraken (offering the best limits and fees in the space) alongside a US or offshore bank account is a no-brainer, in my view. It’s a straightforward and seamless solution.

I belive you still have to disclose company shareholders to exchanges
