Hi all,

I've been looking into setting up an offshore company for a business I'm currently setting up. I will be selling market analysis to subscribers on a monthly (or annual) fee. We will also provide courses in the feature. The monthly fee will be $197, the courses will be around $ 3.997 (one-time fee). Our prognosis is to get around 2000 paying members within 3 years, which would be approx. $350K per month. The market analysis will be cryptocurrency related. So, I won't be receiving cryptocurrency with this company, simply advising.

I've had 6 recommendations from different offshore company providers but after reading a lot of threads on the forum I still have a lot of concerns due to the nature of my business.

The main reason for setting up an offshore company is privacy (and asset protection, tax, regulations and preferably no/less paperwork). So far I've been looking into a Panama offshore company with nominee service, which would cost approx. $1.700 with an annual renewal fee of $650 - which is completely fine by me. This way of setting up my offshore company has been advised by most of the offshore company providers.

However, the main concern I have is that I won't be able to use Stripe and/or Paypal (or any 'general used' payment gateway for that matter...), which would be a big problem for me.

I've been looking into 2Checkout, however, I'm unsure if this works with the Panama company/bank account?

As far as I could find online I have to pay taxes in my EU home country due to the fact I reside there. I would be interested in putting some of the profits of the company into cryptocurrencies for reinvesting.

Are there members here who have experience with a formation like this? (Digital products with recurring CC payments).

Thanks so much!

You need to speak with their suppoer to get a correct answer.

You can setup your structure with a Panama corp to be paramount and a EU entity to trade, obtain merchant and bank accounts, this can work for you. What you need is to structure this right, you need to start with an EU entity which is accepted by 2co, Mister Tango, ePayments etc. once all is setup you transfer the shares to the offshore corp.

You could setup the offshore company with darks, for that sake also the EU company but that seems to be risky for some people while many other people do this to protect their privacy.
