Offshore company to invest

Hi everyone!

I'm a professional online poker player, i live and am a tax resident in Brazil, paying 27,5% tax on my poker winnings as an individual.

Reading about offshores i have been figuring a way to invest the winnings through a company in a tax haven, because that way i would not pay the tax on the profits of poker, only whe distribuiting dividends to myself

I like to know if it's possible to open this company, receive my poker profits through it and invest, ie., in american stock market?

I've been reading (here on the forum, inclusive) that some brokers have been closing acc for tax heavens, is this really happening on a large scale?

You can set up a tax efficient Company and account in places like Monaco, UK and Singapore.
You can tell them what your doing but expect to pay a big deposit to open. 50K plus.
