The important part is that you incorporate a company in the region or country where you are able to obtain a merchant account for your business! most often it is best to apply for the merchant account first to find out which jurisdcition they support.

There is another thread about this topic where a user said (thread can be found here: /forum/f7/moneybookers-does-accept-offshore-co-paypal-doesnt-15892/ )that he opened a Moneybookers account with a EU company and simply add his Seychelles company and Cyprus bank account to the MB account.

2co accepts Seychelles companies this I have from some of our company's clients.

Badly need offshore company in Seychelles or Belize or where it is possible to open but also need a offshore bank account with good internet banking in English and Visa or Mastercard debit card and merchant account to process credit cards on website!
Any suggestion will be much appreciated! PLEASE HELP ASAP
Belize or Seychelles offshore company and offshore banking isn't a real problem but you won't find a reliable merchant account provider (MAP) for such companies. There is a payment processor in Mauritius (Lancore) and in the Bermudas (First Atlantic Processing) both may be able to help you with the incorporation of an offshore company in the respective countries but they won't accept a Seychelles nor a Belize company as merchant.

did you tried netbilling, psbill or failesafebilling ?
All 3 companies are some great alternatives that you will like to try. I'm not sure if they can place offshore companies for instant in the Seychelles or Belize directly or if you have to incorporate somewhere!

Do you as well place high risk business or simple e-com only?

I have a few Belize companies who need a merchant account, most of them are Adult and Pharma biz:tongue:

Austpay is one of the most comprehensive Offshore merchant account. Offshore banks have fewer trading restrictions, making it easier for online merchants working in high risk industries such as computer services, IT tech support, or penny auctions to get an account.

I don't want to turn this thread into a payment processing thread but, below is the WHOIS information, seems they are pretty new so you have to be careful.
