I'd like to open a offshore company for escort directory website business. Being a mediator for escort biz is illegal in my country. Although escorting and being a customer of it is legal. So escort biz is very popular and a lot of money involved. We even had some brothels before. I see news about some arrests on some website owners about this situation. However they (webmasters) all rely on their own phone numbers and they use their own local bank accounts for the list prices and I believe they connect directly to escorts . When they get popular the authorities arrest them.
What I want to do is being anonymous and taking payments by offshore payment gateway via credit cards or via bitcoin. Bitcoin may be best option for privacy but I am not sure anyone can understand and pay by that.
I want to create NL located host for this. and NL domain tld. I believe Panama or Cyprus offshore company would be best. What do you think?
How much should I pay for that offshore company registration and also bank account/debit cards?
Can I be in full privacy? Or should I rely only on bitcoin?

You can open a company in Cyprus, Seychelles, Belize, BVI and many other places and no one will ever ask questions from my experience! The major problem is banking and payment processing for your business.
