Hello,

I have an E commerce company in France and French nationality. Right now I want to move to another country and open an offshore company and bank account because of too much taxes here. Eeverything is legal and I don't need any anonymity.

- My business is selling gadgets around 20-30$, I use paypal and stripe to accept payments. So i'm already limited in term of countries because stripe is available in 25 countries and I heard paypal is strict too.

- I work in dropshipping with suppliers in China, so basically I only need a computer with internet access to work.

The thing is I would like to move outside of EU because I need to avoid VAT, and most taxes if possible. I am ready to move almost in any country but need something legal for when I will get the funds back to France in 2 or 3 years (don't want to pay taxes when the funds get back in France).

Do you have any suggestions? Thank you very much.

Usually if you earn the money abroad and you are not a citizens of a country for a period then the money you take into your country after 2 or 3 years is not taxed.

I would consult a local tax lawyer or CPA that can help you at least to clarify where you get the most out of it. What monthly turnover do we speak?

Thanks that's exactly what SFM Offshore and Fidusuisse told me :) It seems it's really easy to open the offshore company/bank account but then it's really hard to make everything legal and most people just hope to stay undetected, but maybe i'm wrong.

Monthly Turnover: 50k-100k, really depends on the advertising budget.

I don't know if most people "hope" that would be a wrong approach to take when it comes to tax evasion :)

If you are willing to move abroad, you will have all options open, I would find a place where it is nice to live and that fit into my goals! We are all different so what I would think would be right for me could be total wrong for you.

For instant Seychelles where you don't have to pay yax, Belize the same or only little but even Gran Canaria has only 3% personal tax if you have 150k Euro to bring to the Island as far as I read some where.
