Hi,

Maybe one of you has a recommendation for someone setting up companies in Slovakia (or any other country)?
Mercedes S-Class from German dealership - in my country there is an excise tax of 18.6% on >2-liter engines.
I am also willing to buy a car without VAT :)

Feel free to contact me. We will definitely make a deal :D

Any decent Slovak lawyer or even accountant can do this for you, when we talk about Slovakia. In general, it differs across countries; you should say where it should actually be.

I am not sure whether I understand well – what do you want to achieve? To trade with cars, as the thread title suggests, or just to buy one car for some company, or what?

He probably wants to avoid paying polish duty tax and register it on the company .

May be :)
But let's wait for his answer ;)
Yes exactly, I want to bypass duty tax in PL, and preferably buy a car without VAT from a German dealer for corporate-private use.
In general, I'd like to make some purchases for this newly created entity, but I'm wondering what directions to focus on - Slovakia, maybe some other directions?
I see in Poland a lot of nice cars on Czech registrations, but as far as I know recently conditions in this country have changed a bit (regarding VAT), so I thought about Slovakia, but maybe you know other directions.

In general, besides taxes, it is also about availability of models. Cool, ready-made configurations are hard to find in Poland and because of customs and stamp duties I am discouraged from making such purchases :D

Well, in such a case be advised that there is no legal way to achieve this. Any other solutions that it is possible to see somewhere are out of the legal framework, and as such are not accepted for a discussion here according to the forum rules.
