Noticed financial institutions, and product service suppliers have begun asking for a company code (not Reg number).
Now service providers that say have hosting in Lith, are now establishing local companies for the billing aspect of their business, and they do it based on 'your' county of residence, even though you may be a corporation with a board and various shareholders etc... just for hosting...
And when registering financial accounts theirs a code (can't remember what its called) which identifies your company (not reg number) - you have to obtain it apparently.
