on google.com when looking up offshore bank services a lot of times it says no office visits, what do they insinuate by this? if no office visits then how will an account be opened then? can someone please explain this procedure to me. thank you.
Most often you can open an bank account remote, means no need to visit the office, the bank or even the country / offshore jurisdiction. It depends very much on which bank you choose if a visit is required or not.
If you look around there are also some banks in Latvia that accept applications without personal visit. You will have to visit a local lawyer but that's it.
