Hello everyone,

Any thoughts about such structures? I have heard that NZ Authority will make changes for this FSP rules next year.

But some providers offer the registration. And it seems that it not so cheap)

I don't know what FSP means, can you please explain? Thank you :)
Here is some detailed information about this type of company, About The FSPR | Companies Office FSP :check:

Register an FSP

Background

Entities and individuals who:

live or have a place of business in New Zealand; and

are in the business of providing financial services (in NZ or overseas)

must register to provide that particular financial service on the FSPR.

Those entities and individuals had to register as a financial service provider (FSP) by 1 December 2010 (or 31 March 2011 for financial advisers).

The meaning of 'Financial service' for the purpose of registration can be found in section 5 of the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. Common examples of financial services are listed in our FAQs.

Any individuals, companies and other entity types should register as an FSP, if they are providing a financial service.

Some people will be exempt from registering, such as lawyers, chartered accountants, tax agents, or real estate agents who only provide a financial service in the ordinary course of their business, or a non-profit organisation providing free financial services. Check our FAQs for more information about possible exemptions.

new zeland FSP scam

all new zealand FSP's are scams

the (real) new zealand central bank has this warning on it:

The Reserve Bank advises that caution should be exercised by anyone considering doing any form of business with entities that promote themselves as "New Zealand offshore finance companies", or use similar descriptions, and that offer financial services either on-line or from locations outside of New Zealand.

No such category of entity is recognised under New Zealand law. The entities involved are usually just registered in New Zealand as companies or limited partnerships, and they have no special status. These entities are not licensed or supervised as financial service providers by any New Zealand authority.
don't trust any incorporation sites peddling this scam.
