I need a virtual personal IBAN for non-EU citizens.
I have tried the following places but my country is not eligible
Zen
Payset
Wise (card fees is too much)
Revolut

Any guidance will be appreciated

What's your nationality ? for example if your from South America you can use global66.com and get a EURO account with iban and virtual card.
