thats not the core issue of this thread. However theres a vast difference on how stringent documentation rules are applied.

I have been (re)approved after having been (re)KYC’d.
Not sure if I will ever use this EMI though.

I had an issue photographing my passport (the lamination sucks), which caused verification to fail. I asked to reset the process so I could try again, and they did it promptly. Most other EMIs don’t do that and just say they can’t accept your application.

Very good response then, I want to give them a try the 1% fee is acceptable for my usage.
