hi

i want to form llc but i don't wish to sell goods to anybody mostly i will use to get business account with realy or noval .

from that perspective which state will cost me less in the long run for dummy company (formation+ very low to none annual fee+ lowest tax no flat fee )

i find the below states to be the cheapest through incfile company formation at $50 .

Michigan
Arizona
Lowa
New mexico
Missouri
Mississippi
Colorado
Hawaii

it's looks like that you don't pay state tax to Michigan and several other states if you are not doing business there .how to benefit from this ?

my name should not appear on public records .

thank you . so Colorado is better option overall than Michigan or New Mexico ?

i'm looking to pay $0-40 per year for all costs excluding registered agent service
Man, if going up to $200 annual fees is a problem, it means your business has a problem.
I would not choose the place of incorporation only based on annual fees, especially since the amounts are not material.
