Hey guys, we all know that Monaco has 0 personal tax, but it has 33% Corporate tax, so my question is, how do people who move there avoid paying CT?

Because obviously, most of them are entrepreneurs.

The only way I see it is by hiring a director outside Monaco, meaning the company is not managed from Monaco, so no CT applied.

If that's the only option, there are many countries where you can do the same.

So, what are the advantages of relocating to Monaco for entrepreneurs tax-wise?

You don't have to.

An easier way is to manage a transparent entity like US LLC so that any income is taxed at personal level and, as you said, Monaco has 0% personal income tax rates.
And also, it is only a tax on quite narrowly defined industrial (e.g. production from raw materials) and commercial activities (e.g. sale of goods) where more than 25% of the turnover comes from outside Monaco. Consulting services for example would not be a commercial activity, nor any revenue from patents or any intellectual property.

Then even for those that have to pay the tax there are reductions for new companies, for companies that move their headquarter to Monaco, and R&D focused companies.

Finally, the Monaco corporate income tax was 33.33% in 2019, but has been reduced to 25% since 2022.

Unless they treat it like a corporation.
