Mercury.com debit card has no 3DS verification

I have an account on Mercury.com and all my transactions are failing, KuCoin.com, Kraken.com, Etsy.com, Amazon.com I do have money on the debit card but transactions are not going through, Etsy support team replied to me saying that it could be a 3DS verification issue. Anyone facing the same problem?
