Hello, question for people who use Mercury and deal with crypto payments...

Am I going to be in trouble if I invoice a client and receive a payment in USDT, convert that USDT on Kraken withdraw USD to Mercury?
I plan on accepting mostly crypto for my services, will Mercury give me a headache or am I good to go?

Thank you, Johnny, one more question… if I’m offering a service like consulting for a web3 business, what kind of additional documentation can they ask other than the invoice itself?

If you have a decent website that describes your services in detail you should be good. Decent meaning also a website with some authority, recent updates, well written non ai articles (blog). You should also take care of corporate image, with a proper logo (possibly trademarked) and some unique IP, ideally patented. Of course you need to invest some money in that, you can’t pretend to fool anyone with a cheap template.
Additionally, at least some of your clients should be easily verifiable.

The best option is to receive the funds in another wallet and not on Kraken. I believe that this type of transaction is exactly against their rules, so check it out!
