What country is the lowest distribution for US corps for non-residents. I wonder which is the cheapest to get distributed as an individual and as a company?
Worst case scenario would be 30% - e.g. you have a company in Gibraltar which owns US Corp, you take distribution and US tax is 30% / Gibraltar Tax 0% - i'll share a few ideas i have on the drawing board:
US Corp Distribution to a Foreign Company.
Malta - I understand Malta is 5% if distributed to a Malta company. So i think that'll be 5% US tax and then 5% Malta tax - total 10% ... i think (?)
Us Corp Distribution to an individual
Portugal - i do wonder if Portugal would work. Apply for Non-Habitual Resident which is no tax on income from outside Portugal ... i understand the double tax treaty is 10%
it won't work in any country where we pay US low tax but then a high tax to the country we live in (whether residential or corporate)
any ideas?
