Question Looking for Firms That Provide Bank Accounts Without UK Citizenship

I do not have a UK residency or citizenship. Through which companies can I open a personal or business bank account in England? I'm also open to offshore suggestions.

I used Wise but my account was closed.

Do you need a bank OR is an EMI enough? (Wise is an EMI not a bank)

If you have a UK home address you can use (a friend) it could be possible to open a Monzo and Revolut account (EMI banks).
