I think here are a few guys how sell digital services or intellectual property to european customers. So this should be of interest.
Goal: minimize tax. No illegal stuff.
It should work like this:
1.) Incorporate offshore company -> transfer intellectual property to it
2.) You have still your reputable company in a high tax country in europe. If you sell something, most of the money has to be transfered to the offshore company.
3.) Profit is generated in the low tax offshore company.
4.) License fees are paid by the onshore company to the offshore company. Invoices need to be accepted by the onshore tax authorities.
Does anyone run a nice setup for that? Which countries and setups would be work for that? Is it possible to bypass VAT?
