Leopay funding there credit card

Hello,
just quick question: I opend leopay acc. and have there Visa CC.
So fare I have no money on account.
Is there any way to put money on this Credit Card other than from leopay itselve?
I thougt i can add this credit card to Paypal and transfer some money,
but if i do not have money on card, the PP verification process will fail.
