Please help! Lawyer in Dominica (commonwealth of)

Please suggest a lawyer in Dominica. A local one used to go to court, not a random CSP.
I have already been scammed by Wayne Norde, supposedly a well known local lawyer, who took the retainer and disappeared. So I’m not asking much, just someone with a basic level of integrity and not completely retarded.

these cases tend to end up in two ways... given "service provider" either calculates that a couple of bucks isn't worth the damage on his name as it impacts future business or he is stubborn enough and the complainer is doxxed (I guess not your concern anyways)
