I am new to ADVcash, just signing up for personal account. Alot advertised by ADVcash but seems somewhat fluid in service availability,
Still seems very useful service.

Is it possible to top up with Bank & prepaid cards?
Able to send money from my account to other cards for payments to 3rd parties and self such as MasterCard, Visa, UnionPay even NEAT Personal Card etc, prepaid cards?
If able do Banks / providers query such 3rd party transfers to cards?
Are. AdVcash cards only available to EU residents?
Anyway around this?
Any success with linking to Transferwise, Skrill for deposit and withdrawals?

Able to transfer Crypto between users in the wallet?

If you are a North Korean national then you are gonna have sanctions problems.
Accounts with most EMI's will either be rejected or closed down eventually.

Your other issue is how are you gonna receive your card. No doubt your post will be checked and then they will be monitoring you.

Nominee is your safest option.
