Suppose I am going to set up an offshore company in Cyprus. I don't want to disclose my identity. Is there any disclosure of beneficial owner to the regulatory authorities in Cyprus?

Your question is quite interesting. But not all things can be kept secret in Cyprus. You have to disclose you identity of your company details only to Central Bank of Cyprus.
