Is it true?? Foreign resident tax free in Switzerland up to 120K?

I read foreign resident doesn't even need to fill tax return in Switzerland if the annual income is up to 120K.

Is this true?

Are there any other taxes?

How about if you live outside Switzerland but work in Switzerland (I guess that's non-resident)?
Not always, only if youre average joe life as a foreigner with a job. They will apply a wht then, much cheaper than what they chip away from the dividends.
But the tax on 120k is anyway not much as this salary does not have such good purchasing power in Switzerland due to very high cost.

If you have complex things, wealth or a lot of capital income you ought to file the sacred papers and willingly strip yourself naked before the holy gods of taxation.
