IBRK with Digital Mailbox

My US LLC address is registered to a digital mailbox.
Interactive Brokers states :
Please note that the address you have listed on the application is a Mailing address, which IBKR cannot accept.

I am a canadian citizen, but cannot provide that anyways nor would I want to, its not associated with the business.

Any way around this? Or other brokerages that I can open as a non-resident with an ITIN+EIN?

Where do you live? You must live somewhere, right?

You should use your residential address not a PO box or virtual address.

I live in Canada. doesnt make a bunch of sense to use this for a us entity?

You need to use your Canada address if not you will get in trouble because of taxes, as if you use a US address with an ITIN they might consider that you are a US tax payer.

IBKR has no issues with having a non-US address. They are an international broker.

not sure if you are referencing your private address or the LLC address. The LLC address cannot be a mail forwarder. For LLC address you need to get an address and cross check it's not a certified mail drop. Use SMARTY.com to cross check addresses...its free for a 1000 searches. find a business address virtual office service or such that isnt a PO box or listed as a commercial mail drop. james baker CPA on youtube has done loads of videos on this topic. you need a service provider that isn't black listed as a mail drop. And DO NOT use the company registered address that you probably kept when you formed it. What you should end up with is 3 addresses, a Registered Mail address (for govt stuff), a Business Address (biz stuff), and a private address (personal stuff).
