So do you think there is a workaround for this with these certificates?
Yes, I do. As already said, The Certificate of Incumbency is probably your best bet, The Articles of Association etc. could help, too.

Disclaimer Of course, this does not mean that Paysera will inevitably like you and your business...

Yes, now I understand what you meant; it was just a misunderstanding – and you are right with what you wrote.
(And you probably were referring to this
Or provide official registry extract in English with above mentioned information verified by notary apostille (notary has to certify not only signature or copy true, but also that content is correct)
I guess.)

Just as a side-note, in some states (e.g. NV or TX) The Articles of Association / Operating Agreements are often written down in the presence of a notary, AFAIK; so this changes the game, yet this is not so for WY – TBMK.

How is it going with the PENDING applications you had by time posting this thread ? and what about the one you got approved with are they still operating or did they shut you down for some reason in the meantime ?

I believe the ones pending by then ended up not responding at all, except Mercury which approved me but I never used it. Since I was approved with Wise and Airwallex I didn't bother pursuing them further. Wise suspended my account in less than 3 months due to cryptocurrency related transactions. I've been using Airwallex since then and have had 0 issues.

Good update. Lot's of waste of time at your end with all these EMI applications.

Hi

I have a few questions

1. Was providing the foreign EIN sufficient? Or, did you have to have an ITIN or US principal with SSN?
2. Did you have to provide a US residential address for yourself as the UBO or were business address and registered agent address sufficient? Or, perhaps your local residential address sufficient?
3. Are these simply regular business banking accounts or merchant accounts capable of payment processing?
