How & Why the EU Can Confiscate Your Wealth If You Can’t Explain It

Out of curiosity, do you really think it will go that far, or do you think this remains a hypothetical thesis?
I think we are already not too far from it.

Basically, what he says is that the population will be in Spyral Dynamics Level 4:

If at the same time you look at how the public spending ratio is rising year by year, I can see a clear indication that his prediction may be true rather sooner than later. Once you are at 50%, there is little to no motivation as a society to end this. I mean look at 1800, most people were farmers and entrepreneurs in a certain sense. They were able to make their own decisions. Now, they are kept busy with bureaucracy which had to be put in place for the same reason as there are always new banking regulations that keep us busy on this forum: there simply are too many black sheep that take advantage in an unfair way (which is highly relative, but at the end of the day even the cheaters don't like getting cheated).

I've spent the last half hour reading everything that's been written here in the article and in the thread. What the EU and the rest of the world are up to here is insane.

Do those who have commented with links and videos really believe that this is already happening or will become a reality in the near future?

What should one do to protect their legally earned wealth if this is true?

As I read it, it's up to the tax authorities in each country to just decide whom they now want to confiscate fortunes from? Can they concoct stories like in a Hollywood movie and just help themselves as if at a buffet?

I was wondering if anyone has been a situation already where they got their belongings confiscated from the authorities?
Yes, several times, including clothes. I got all back after a few years, having made a tax deal and paid big bucks in legal fees.

Big amounts you owed them or smaller amounts? i.e. above 100K or above 1million $ ?

Yes I can imagine that you say you didn't owe them something, but what did the tax office said you owe them ?
They started at $13b.
Then just $60m
Of course they claimed I not only evaded taxes but also laundered etc.
My case appeared on national newspapers (journo was careful not to make any name and to use conditional tense).
The bubble burst at the preliminary hearing. They are (somewhat) happy with me paying €100k per year now.

With those figures they probably had you confused with the man in your profile picture.

Can they do this internationally or only in the country of residency?
Might be a silly question but I have no idea.
They did this in Italy, where I was not resident, during my absence, in 3 different houses at the same time and without a lawyer being present. They can setup such a gig at EU level but unlikely elsewhere as the coordination effort would be too big.

I agree with you. The EU and if it’s a big enough of a case, the USA are capable of setting this up.

He had 88 legal cases against him in 25 years, and spent over $700m in lawyers. Just one very doubtful conviction. This tells all about the justice system.

Wonder why?
Hi, CBDC.
Everything has been planned for a long time folks, the system is rigged.
