hello everyone a few weeks ago I bought about 1200 dollars of terra luna crypto on global.bittrex.com, right after the great terra luna collapse, but days later I noticed that the amount of coins is much lower. I contacted bittrex support but they simply replied this: "As we make clear in our Terms of Service," there are risks associated with using an internet based trading system, including but not limited to hardware, software failure. and Internet connections ". And, by using our service, you have accepted that" we will not be responsible for any errors "

Who can I contact to recover my cryptocurrencies that have disappeared from bittrex? it is useless to continue talking to them, I have already tried but they will not solve my problem.

You say a few weeks ago and then say right after the collapse which makes no sense. There is nothing to recover. They most likely airdropped you the new LUNA. What do you have in your account? LUNC or LUNA?

Don't waste your time to chase a random crypto company for $1,200. Also finding a competent lawyer who understands crypto and your explanation of what happened will cost you more than $1,200. You accepted their terms and conditions so live and learn from it and move on.

@jovicremo the first thing to do is download the CSV (click "orders", then "download history") for 2022 to see what they say you deposited and traded.

The majority of people claiming that a longstanding regulated exchange like Bittrex has scammed them turn out to be mistaken, but of course yours could be the one extraordinary case.

LUNA and UST have had a complicated journey (including a ridiculous approach to attempt to socialise losses that looks rather like the bad actions taken by the legacy system after the 2008 financial crisis) so it seems likely that you were just unlucky.
