Hello!

I own a US LLC (foreign-owned). As you know, Wise and Mercury have tightened their policy, so that I lost my dollar accounts (no US operations, ...). I still have a Wise euro account for the LLC, but Wise cannot issue a business card. I need to pay my registered agent with a card (no other payment option). How should I proceed? I thought I may be able to fund a prepaid card (maybe with Cash App?) and pay like that. I am not sure whether Wise would accept, or which card provider I should use.

Thanks for any insight!

Can't you get a virtual card for your business account in Wise ? I have one and I use it online ?
They say the business cards are temporarily unavailable in the USA. I think it is a temporary restriction that has lasted for years (maybe just for foreigned-owned LLC?)... I had a card with Mercury, but never had one from Wise. I do not think I can count on that option, unfortunately.

Have you tried to open an account with Revolut, Currenxie or some of the many others? searching the forum for similar threads may also give you a quick answer.
Following you advice, I have tried Revolut and Currenxie. But Revolut does not accept my country of residence. Currenxie stopped the process in the middle saying they do not incorporate US businesses (I contacted their support that told me so). No so easy! This is why I thought using a prepaid card, hence my original question.

It seems not to be the best practice. It may be a slight commingling of funds?
It's completely fine and normal. People do things like that all the time. Just claim it as an expense and reimburse yourself from the company.

It won't be considered commingling if it's done correctly and in a limited manner. Paying a couple of invoices here and there out of pocket is a very common part of running your own business.
