How to get a letter from FCIS / FNTT about MLRO assignment?

Hey everyone,

Who knows the steps or way to inform FCIS / FNTT about hiring 'MLRO' and get a letter about MLRO assignment?
Because according to what i read in Lithuania, this is mandatory.
Also i can pay for that if anyone ready to help me how i can do it.
