How can I check if a offshor company is the right for me?

I read lots about DTA, TIEA, Tax Information exchange and other things which seems to be bad but in other aspects good. How do you figure out if a offshore company will suite your needs? How do you figure out which offshore country may be best for your needs?

Reading, learning and reading again and learning again... I would look at what my goals are compae them to what the offshore jurisdiction in question offers and move forward from there.

I check always the OECD website to avoid any complications later on. Sadly I cna't find any offshore jurisdiction which didn't already signed a TIEA or DTA with my country
