If the company paid tax in HK for my employee at ~13%, then paid my UK employee, would he still have to pay tax in UK at ~37%?I guess there is no chance for your UK resident, as employee or director, to avoid taxes with a HK company, quiet low in HK on salaries if your UK resident move to HK.
