You can always use exchanges like kraken an binance to buy cryptocurrencies legit and with proper SoF.

Bitcoin, not "crypto".

Everything else is garbage/junk or an outright scam.

Approach it from first principals by studying what is money - books by Saifedean Ammous are a good place to start. I also recommend you read "The Creature from Jekyll Island".
