Hello,

my clients are mostly in Germany & I need an easygoing setup. I am in the field of Online Marketing and SEO, therefore about 30-50 incoming transactions per month - what combination/setup do you guys recommend in this case:

- Offshore Company (Ltd, etc..) with no accounting

- remote Emi or corporate bank account with:
European IBAN with SEPA Payment, no horrible fees, ideally with master/visacard and not asking for invoice for every single transaction,
ideally paypal/stripe possible, ideally cryptofriendly (sending deposits to kraken)

The tricky part:
- Owner is a serbian resident with serbian passport (no EU or similar) - therefore a lot of banks like mentioned above are already out.

We had a LLC in Oregon, but getting more an more bureaucratic problems due to FATCA etc - so need a new setup
What do you guys recommend? It doesnt matter which country etc. - just a working setup. Ideally everything remote.

thank you for your help

hi,

i m not offshore specialist , well it s not my job but i use those king of services since a lot of years.
Why dont you buy a ready made company with bank accounts etc...i had lot of time your problem due to my partner citizenship.
i m sure here there is some providers or google will help

If you buy a ready made company with a bank account that means you're buying an existing business and all of its liabilities and transaction history. Are you sure you know the company in depth?

Or maybe you're buying a fake business which was put together for the purpose of setting up a bank account and selling the bundle.

For most people this seems like a shortcut but in reality can bring a lot of headaches. And it won't spare you from KYC as the bank will want to know the new owners and business model and may well decide to close the account.

Where would you suggest to buy such a company and where should the company be registered?

@Admin well I hk company oriented but it will not fit the euro Iban requested by OP.
I don't use Belize, Seychelles, Nevis etc to make business. I buy where I find through Google or some CSP that I know, only ready made companies with bank account included and no change of nominees directors or shareholders. I don't mind about 0 tax, because when you got a networking of companies, you can manage the profit by the end of year.
So I would advice a Poland or Georgian ready made.
Again note that I share personal experience and not expert of offshore matters.

Thank you, so you have a company in Poland and Georgia both with banking? for how long have you had them?

I m on a deal to buy a Poland company, don't have for now.
Georgian I got 3 , the bank works good ( terabank as I mentioned in other threads )and it's what important for me. Every end of year I arrange the profit balance as I want and it works since 2017.

Do you mind sharing how much would you normally pay for a shelf company with a bank account following your criteria?

From 3k usd to 5k usd depends , mostly depends of how old is the company ( for Georgia ) , Poland i haven't close the deal yet, we speak about 4k including Pekao bank and nominees.

You have 3 companies in Georgia all with bank account in Georgia?
Yes it s important for my customers to pay in the same juridictions bank as the company ( we are in a business very regulated and checked by tax department everytime )
