Hi, today I found this forum and I am very impressed. I own a company in my country (Europe) but I really want to get a new offshore company because fees and taxes becomes very high. I pay 16% taxes and 8% for dividends which is so frustrating.
I have done some research on the internet but there too many websites, too many articles and I am not sure where to go.
I really need your help on that. Which country do you recommend to get an offshore company. My main business is based on web development and some affiliates websites. Most of my clients are outside Europe. I also own some escort service websites which I want to integrate card payments in the future.
In the first stage I was inclined towards Cyprus because I also speak Greek, then I found that Delaware US companies are also cheap and tax free. I also found that UEA is a good choice but I am not sure if everything can be done remotely. I am looking for a solution where I do not have to travel on this country. I am ok with a Wise Account (so I am not sure if need to apply for bank account also) and also need a Paypal Account. I cannot identify which of them don't require an accountant.
What do you suggest me, any tip and link any info will be appreciated.
