I have a company in Belgium and just stumbled on this forum because I'm tired of getting taxed to hell and back. Trying to get ideas on how to mitigate this.

I'm also looking for ideas to open an account to receive money on and not linking back to me, not sure if that is something I can find here but I saw something about fake docs so maybe.

Love to see all tips, in the mean time I'm off reading stuff here. :)

Simply going offshore will not work for you, as Belgian tax authorities are entitled to impose domestic corporate income taxes over your company established in offshore or low-tax jurisdiction. My first thought is to draw up an impeccable agency agreement between Belgian company and your company abroad (e.g. Cyprus), so that you will be able to redirect some of the funds through low tax system.
Another possibility is to move out entirely from Belgium and relocate to other country in Eastern Europe, Asia, South America.

Thanks for the welcome and the tips guys! I was afraid of that though, been reading here and getting some good info. Seems I'm in for more study time. Thanks again!
