Has Anyone Used OVZA before?

As a general rule, don't form an offshore company is "cheapest" is an important factor. If paying a few thousand for an overseas company is too much, it's probably not the right time to do it.

Anyway, to answer your question: no, I have no experience with OVZA.

When I come across a new service provider, one of the things to check is if they are licensed/regulated anywhere as corporate service provision usually requires some sort of license or registration. OVZA appears to be just a reseller.

Next up you can do some basic due diligence like verifying that the company is real, checking social media to see if it makes sense. They seem to claim to have hundreds of employees on LinkedIn, but only one "HR person" is actually found there.

In terms of fees, OVZA is among the lowest I've seen recently. They are probably loss leaders and/or extremely thin margin. Do you want to set up your business through someone who might not be around in a couple of years? Stability is worth paying for. They will probably have to jack up their fees if they plan to stay in business long enough.

Not saying they're bad. Just that it's overall not a very compelling offer for a serious business.
