Guys, please help to find best company for online business

I need help to find the best company type for my online business. I have been doing good since 1 year and want to form a company for my activities because it's better for tax reasons and privacy.

Since I found this forum I have been reading and reading but can't find out what is the best for me.

I'm doing net $4000 / month in profits so I have a good budget to get company setup offshore.

You could have told us what business you are into. That means answers to this topic will be a little vague..!! You can go for an Seychelles offshore company with Cyprus bank account, seems to be the favorite setup for most online businesses

I find it funny to reopen these old threads. Looking 8 years back UK, Cyprus and Malta LTD's are still the first choice for many who are looking for a payment processor within the Europe.

For online business I would at any time choose, Cyprus, UK, Malta, Romania in that order.
