We are pleased to inform you that we are now able to incorporate companies in Gibraltar for your needs.

For many years, offshore companies have flocked to Gibraltar for incorporation of their business. And for good reason! For one, Gibraltar enjoys political stability as it is an associate member of the European Union and a dependent of the United Kingdom.

Also, company incorporation in Gibraltar has minimal requirements and can be done quickly. In a short span of one week, you can have your company incorporated. At the same time, you get to enjoy tax exemptions on income not earned from Gibraltar or not remitted to Gibraltar. Moreover, there are no value-added tax (VAT), capital gains tax, and withholding taxes for offshore companies.

It takes aprox 4 days for name approval / name check and aprox 1 week to get the company incorporated. Thats in average, from time to time the numbers can change up or down.

In regards to privacy you need nominees in order to get the same protection as you may be used to for instant in the Seychelles.

It depends on what you want to do and your reasons to incorporate a company offshore!

Can you please tell me what the requirements are o incorporate a company in Gibraltar? Also how good it the privacy protection and what offshore banking options do we have?

Without Nominees you don't have much privcacy with a company in Gibraltar. However, there are other reasons wfor why it can be great to form a company there! The requirements are similar to the other jurisdictions, a copy of passport and utility bill is what is required.

So what you say is Gibraltar company + nominee director + nominee share holder = great privacy right?

That's at least what you will need if you don't want your personal information to show up on any public registry!

I found some interesting information from the companies house in Gibraltar https://www.companieshouse.gi/publications/C0009.pdf

And anyone seems to can contact the above to get beneficial owner data including shareholder and director data from them. That means nominees are required to hide your identity..

Thanks for sharing, yes you can contact the companies house in Gibraltar at any time to get that information it's like in any other EU country.

To form a company in Gibraætar is easy and don't require much more than any other incorporation in any other offshore jurisdiction. It is not the cheapest and most register a company there because of double tax treaties and or other tax benefits for their exsiting EU company.
