If my business is trading and internet marketing i`m a digital nomad. That lives mostly in Romania but i do go out of the coutry 2 -3 times a month. Will a belize offshore account solve my Tax problems. For example i talke to my CPA and she told me that i have to pay all of the profits i make in my country here. But what if i have cryptocurrency mine servers all over the world and take trades from hotels all over the world?Where do i pay taxes? Can i pay them in delaware or belize which is 0%? Is there a way to be legal and not pay income?

You pay taxes where you live more than 6 months in a row! If you don't do that you won't have to pay tax anywhere.

it's not about 6 uninterrupted months in row but about more or less than 183 days in a year - however it's not that simple in general - there are older threads about this available here
